This Privacy Policy describes the data protection practices of X Tracker LLC, doing business as MoneyPath AI ("MoneyPath AI," "MoneyPath," "we," "us," or "our"). It governs how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information when you access or use our websites, mobile or desktop applications, or any related services that reference or link to this Policy (collectively, the "Services"), as well as any interactions or transactions you might have with us outside of those channels. By continuing to use or engage with our Services, you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy in its entirety. We may modify or update this Policy periodically to reflect changes in law, our internal practices, or our Services, and will indicate the effective date of such revisions. If any changes materially affect how we handle personal information, we will provide appropriate notice as required by law. Your continued use of the Services after these changes become effective signifies your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you have any questions about this Policy or our data practices, please contact us at privacy@moneypathapp.com.
This Policy explains the categories of information we collect, how and why we collect and process it, how we share and protect it, how long we retain it, and what rights and choices you may have regarding your data. It also outlines certain region-specific rights, particularly for residents of California and, to the extent applicable, individuals in the European Economic Area ("EEA"). We emphasize the importance of safeguarding the personal and financial data ("Financial Data") you submit or link in our Services. Certain features or programs may present additional "just-in-time" or supplemental disclosures that clarify or supersede specific elements of this Policy. In the event of any conflict, those supplemental notices will control for the specific context they address.
We collect a range of information that may directly or indirectly identify you. This includes details that you provide when creating an account, entering subscription or payment details, or contacting us for support. It also includes Financial Data that you opt to share or link through external institutions, as well as technical information that arises automatically from your use of our Services. When you link a bank account, debit or credit card, or other account, we use a third-party bank-data aggregator to pull your account number, current balance, recent transactions, and other information only after you authorize the connection. Below are typical categories of data we collect:
Information You Provide Directly. We ask for and receive personal details such as your name, email address, phone number, physical address (including postal code for billing), and any other contact or demographic data you voluntarily supply. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect relevant payment or billing data, and if you utilize certain features, you may enter or link banking or transaction information so we can retrieve account balances or records on your behalf. When you communicate with us through email, chat, or other channels, we collect the content of those messages, along with any attachments or additional email addresses you provide.
Financial Data. Our budgeting and transaction-tracking functions may involve linking external financial accounts or manually entering data about balances, transaction histories, or holdings. If you choose to link external accounts, we will, with your authorization, retrieve certain account details—such as transaction records or ongoing balances—to provide the Services effectively. Depending on your region, including if you are located in the EEA, we may rely on consent or other legal bases to process this Financial Data.
Automatically Collected Information. When you use our Services, we collect device and usage data automatically through cookies, web beacons, or similar tracking tools. This may include your IP address, device identifiers, browser types, pages or features you access, dates and times of usage, error logs, and certain analytics that help us understand how the Services are being used. We may also gather approximate or precise geolocation information if you enable location settings for features that rely on geographic data (such as recording transactions with location tags). Location data is processed in accordance with your device permissions; you can typically disable such features, although some Services may be limited without them.
Third-Party Sources. We sometimes obtain information from sources other than direct user input. This may include data from bank aggregation services, marketing or advertising partners, analytics providers, social media platforms (if you connect your account), or other users who refer you to our Services. We collect only data that is relevant to our legitimate needs or your use of the Services, and we treat such data in accordance with this Policy once it is received.
We use the collected information to operate, maintain, and improve the Services; communicate with you about updates, subscriptions, or technical issues; conduct marketing and promotional efforts (where permitted by law); fulfill legal obligations; perform internal analytics; process billing or other transactions you request; and secure our systems against fraud or unauthorized activities. In certain jurisdictions, including the EEA, we rely on legal bases such as performing a contract (e.g., Terms of Service), fulfilling legitimate interests (improving the Services, maintaining security, preventing fraud, or understanding user engagement), complying with law, or obtaining your explicit consent where required (for example, sending marketing emails or collecting certain sensitive data). If consent is the basis for any of our data processing, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to that withdrawal. Where legitimate interests apply, we balance our need to pursue those interests against potential impacts on your rights and freedoms.
We disclose personal information to the extent necessary or legally required for the purposes described in this Policy. This may involve sharing data with:
No Sale or Rent. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
We retain your personal information as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or until you revoke consent, to complete transactions you have requested, and for other necessary reasons such as complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, detecting fraud, and ensuring security. How long we keep specific data varies based on factors including its nature and sensitivity, potential risks if compromised, the reason it was collected, and any applicable legal or operational requirements. Typically, we retain core account data up to twelve (12) months after a subscription or trial ends unless you delete your account or request removal sooner, though we may retain certain basic details (like your email address) longer to confirm that we have honored your deletion request or to meet regulatory mandates. If you would like more information about our retention practices or wish to request data deletion, see the "Your Rights and Choices" section of this Policy.
MoneyPath AI allows for optional integrations with third-party applications, plugins, or services, including open banking solutions, financial trackers, or add-on features. When you enable these third-party services, they may collect or receive data directly from you or from MoneyPath AI, depending on the integration. Their data practices are governed by their own policies, not ours, and we are not responsible for their actions or omissions. We encourage you to review the privacy and security policies of any external service before enabling or linking it to MoneyPath AI, as their terms and data handling procedures may differ from ours. If you choose to share data with a third-party provider, you assume any associated risks under their control.
Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age, or 16 for those residing in the EEA if applicable law sets a higher minimum age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors below these ages. If you are under 13 (or 16 in the EEA), do not register for the Services, make purchases, or submit personal information. If we become aware that a child under these ages has provided us with personal data, we will delete it in accordance with applicable law. Parents or legal guardians who suspect their child may have submitted personal data without permission should contact us at privacy@moneypathapp.com, and we will promptly remove it.
Users generally have certain rights and options regarding how their personal data is collected, used, and shared, although the scope of these rights can vary by jurisdiction. This section outlines typical rights and how you can exercise them, subject to legal limitations.
You may have the right to request access to, copies of, or deletion of your personal information, correct inaccuracies, or object to or restrict certain processing. To disconnect any linked bank or card account, email privacy@moneypathapp.com or use the in-app "Unlink" option; we will delete the related financial data within thirty (30) days of confirming your request. If you live in a region (such as the EEA or particular U.S. states) that grants specific legal rights to consumers, you can submit requests as permitted by local law. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before addressing some requests. In some cases, we may have legitimate or legal reasons to deny requests or retain certain data, such as to comply with mandatory recordkeeping, but we will explain our reasoning when required.
If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails, you can opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link in those messages or adjusting your communication preferences. We may still send administrative messages related to your account or transactions, such as billing confirmations, policy updates, or security alerts. If you granted permission to access precise location data or send push notifications on your mobile device, you may disable these features in your device's settings, although this could limit certain functionality.
If you wish to designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf, we may require proof of your written permission or a valid power of attorney, subject to applicable laws. Further instructions on how to exercise these rights can be obtained by contacting privacy@moneypathapp.com.
California residents may have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or other state laws, including the right to request more details about the categories or specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to delete certain personal information; to correct inaccuracies; and to opt out of certain "sales" or "shares" of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell Financial Data or any other information in exchange for money, but certain data-sharing or cookie-based advertising practices might be considered "sales" or "sharing" under California's broad definitions. You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. If we offer any financial incentives (such as referral bonuses) that involve personal data, we will provide details about those programs at the time. For more information, including how to submit a verifiable request, please contact us at privacy@moneypathapp.com or use any specified "Your Privacy Choices" or "Do Not Sell" links within the Services.
MoneyPath AI is headquartered in the United States. If you use our Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred, stored, and processed in the U.S. (or other locations where our service providers operate). These jurisdictions may have different privacy or data protection laws than your country of residence. By continuing to use the Services, you consent to this cross-border data movement. Where required by law, we implement safeguards or legal mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure the protection of personal data that is transferred internationally.
We take commercially reasonable measures to help protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal information under our control. These efforts include technical safeguards, such as encryption in transit, secure hosting environments, restricted access, firewalls, and routine assessments of potential vulnerabilities. We also maintain organizational controls, including employee training and regular policy reviews, to reduce risks. Nevertheless, no method of data storage or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be fully secure, and we cannot ensure absolute protection against all possible threats or unauthorized access. We may record or monitor support calls or chat sessions for quality assurance, security checks, or internal training, and you may opt to communicate via email or other means if you prefer not to be recorded. You also play a part in safeguarding your information by keeping your login credentials and devices secure. If we become aware of unauthorized access to personal information in our custody, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.
